<p><span class="subheader">What is TRANSFERmation?</span><br /><span class="xbodytext">This is an opportunity for you and other SIUE transfer students to learn more about Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and, we hope, to ease any concerns you have about your transition to our campus. TRANSFERmation program sessions are designed to assist you with your unique needs in attending SIUE and introduce you to our programs, services, and activities. Faculty, staff, and current SIUE students will be available throughout the program to ensure that you leave campus feeling even more comfortable in your choice to attend SIUE.</span></p>
<p><span class="subheader">When can I attend TRANSFERmation?</span><br /><span class="xbodytext">TRANSFERmation programs for<strong> transfer students entering in fall 2006</strong> will be held on July 6, July 13, and August 8, 2006. Registration for these TRANSFERmation dates will be available here in late May 2006.</span></p>
<p><span class="xbodytext">We encourage you to attend the earliest date possible, as this will allow us to ensure that when classes begin, you <strong>will</strong> be prepared.</span></p>
<p><span class="subheader">What information is covered during the TRANSFERmation program?</span><br /><span class="xbodytext">Program attendees should already have met with their academic advisor and registered in their courses, thus we want to ensure that all your other campus needs are taken care of before the start of August classes.</span></p>

<li><span class="xbodytext">Opportunity to get your SIUE e-mail address and campus ID.</span></li>
<li><span class="xbodytext">Time to explore campus with expert student leaders.</span></li>
<li><span class="xbodytext">An opportunity to ask questions specific to your transfer process. </span></li>

<p><span class="subheader">How do I register for TRANSFERmation?</span><br /><span class="xbodytext">You can register for a summer 2006 TRANSFERmation program for students entering in fall 2006 by completing the form (to be posted in may) and mailing it to:</span></p>

<p><span class="subheader">Are there costs associated with attending TRANSFERmation?</span><br /><span class="xbodytext">A fee of $15 will cover your costs for the event. Students are encouraged to bring parents; there is no additional charge for these persons’ attendance.</span></p>
