Todd was appointed Director of Admissions at SIUE in October 2003. He oversees the areas of Admission Counseling, Admission Review and Processing — which includes undergraduate, graduate and international admissions — Academic Marketing, Academic Mailing Services, and New Student Programs. Previously, he served as Associate Director of Admissions in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at Saint Louis University. Prior to his role at Saint Louis University, he was Assistant Director of Admissions at Quincy University, his alma mater (1992), where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a minor in theology.Todd has served in the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling since 1992 and in the Missouri Association for College Admission Counseling (MOACAC) since 1996, where he served on the Executive Board from 1998-2005, holding the position of President in 2003-2004. He holds membership in the National Association for College Admission Counseling as well as the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers. Also, Todd is a member on the Illinois ACT Executive Council, currently serving as secretary, and he is the chair for the Organization of Admission and Records Officers of State Universities of Illinois.
Interests
Todd serves on the Diocese of Belleville Youth Ministry Commission Board assisting with the Diocesan Youth Conference and the Diocesan Conference for Youth Ministers. Todd enjoys working with youth through church activities, as well as high school basketball and Cardinals baseball.
