This workgroup will identify key concepts of pain and palliative care education for pharmacists as it relates to the following practice sites: community, long term care, institutional, and ambulatory care. The outlines and key concepts identified for each of the respective practice sites will be incorporated into practice site specific programs as well as an all-encompassing “train the trainer” program which will include all content developed.
