The School of Nursing is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Illinois Nurses Association which is an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

The School of Nursing offers a range of continuing education offerings to meet the needs of registered nurses who seek to expand their professional nursing knowledge.

School Nursing 2008:  A is for ADD/ADHD, Asthma, Added pounds, Antibiotic Misuse/MRSA, & Autism

This program will provide an opportunity to examine five health care issues of interest to school nurses. Offered for 4.3 contact hours by the SIUE School of Nursing which is an approved provider by the Illinois Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Writing for Publication: A Step-by-Step Process
To be offered on the Edwardsville Campus and in Springfield, IL, at the School of Nursing Building for 3.0 contact hours awarded: date/time/fee TBA

Annual School Nurse Program will be offered on the Edwardsville campus. Further details after January 20.

Sunset: Revision of the Illinois Nurse Practice Act will be offered on the Edwardsville campus and other locations TBA.
