The Media Help Desk can provide assistance with various software and online-based resources, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Blackboard. We can also provide assistance with the photocopiers, printers, and scanners. In addition, the Media Help Desk can provide access to the library's collection of over one million pieces of microform and provide custom copy service.
Microforms
The Media Help Desk can provide access to the library's collection of over one million pieces of microform. Microforms can be printed from, emailed, or scanned and saved to a flash drive.
Custom Copy
The Media Help Desk can make custom copies. We charge 15 cents per page for black and white copies, whether they are single or double-sided. We charge 30 cents per page for color copies, whether they are single or double-sided copies.
Software and Online Resource Help
The Media Help Desk can provide assistance with various software and online-based resources, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Blackboard.
Printers, Photocopiers, and Scanners
The Media Help Desk can provide assistance with the printers, photocopiers, and scanners. Our scanners can scan and save as .pdf, .jpg, or .tif files.
