Educational Administration Program in Belleville
The Educational Leadership Department will be offering the Educational Administration Master Degree (12 courses) in Belleville beginning in January 2012. The program leads to a General Administrative Certificate (Type 75) in Illinois and Initial Administrative Certificate in Missouri. This certification is appropriate for such positions as assistant principal, principal, director and assistant superintendent.
For those who already have a Master Degree, the Educational Administration Program will offer a Certificate only option (9 courses) or a Specialist Degree option (10 courses). Both of these options lead to a General Administrative Certificate (Type 75). Additional information is available at

During the spring and fall semesters, classes will be held one evening per week or on weekends. In the summer, classes will be held in a compact format during the day. Some courses may be offered online. The schedule of the program is designed for participants to complete the Master Degree and acquire the General Administrative Certificate within a two-year period or six semesters (2 courses per semester).
Cost
Off-campus rates apply! Current tuition is $789 for three credit hours with fees of $169.95 for a total of $958.95 per course. Tuition waivers are welcome. (Waivers are issued to cooperating teachers and administrators who host student observers and student teachers.)
