Currently serving as an IS senior director, Mayo is responsible for the Program Management Office (PMO), IS Training and Knowledge Management and IS Communications. The PMO helps to ensure projects are delivered successfully for the firm, develops project leaders and improves processes so that Information Systems is more effective. IS Communications works closely with the PMO, regional technology advisors and several other areas in the division to distribute technology messages to the firm’s associates.
