&lt;p&gt;This is a time of transition for Hungary, making it a fantastic time to study business there.&amp;nbsp; Hungary joined the European Union on May 1st, 2004, and in 2010, Hungary expects to begin using the Euro as its official currency.&amp;nbsp; Hungary&amp;rsquo;s capital, Budapest, is a city of 1.82 million people situated near the northern border with Slovakia. It has been hailed as one of the most stunningly beautiful World Heritage sites and attracts visitors with a wealth of architectural styles, as well as old world charm. While the official language is Hungarian, both German and English are widely spoken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
&lt;p&gt;Business courses are offered in English year-round at ESSCA's campus in Budapest.&amp;nbsp; Participation in this exchange program is limited. SIUE may send 10 students per semester to the ESSCA program. This number includes the programs in France and in Hungary.&lt;/p&gt;&#13;
