<p align="justify"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10pt; ">Dr. Berkley is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at SIUE. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She has published articles in the <em>Academy of Management Learning and Education</em> and the <em>Journal of Small Business</em>. She serves on the editorial board for the <em>Employee Rights and Responsibilities Journal</em>. Dr. Berkley's research interests are in the area of diversity, discrimination, and sexual harassment. </span><br /><br /></p>

<p align="justify"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10pt; ">Dr. Love is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management and Marketing at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. She holds a Ph.D. in organizational behavior and theory with minors in social psychology and organizational communication from the University of Missouri, as well as an M.B.A. and a B.B.A. in management and organizational behavior from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Before returning to school for her Ph.D., Dr. Love worked in the insurance industry, holding positions in underwriting, provider relations, and customer service. She teaches organizational behavior and leadership. Dr. Love is primarily interested in improving interactions at work and has published articles in the <em>Journal of Applied Psychology</em>, <em>Career Development International</em>, <em>Communications of the ACM</em>, <em>International Journal of Management Concepts and Philosophy</em>, <em>Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies</em>, <em>Leadership and Organization Development Journal,</em> and <em>Business Horizons.</em> </span><br /><br /></p>

<p align="justify"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size:10pt; ">Ms. Sauget has led many projects that have added value to the regional economy in terms of building new industry sectors, growing existing business, attracting new companies, sustaining healthcare services to the underserved through Southern Illinois Healthcare Foundation, and bringing a significant number of sustainable and construction jobs to the area. Ms. Sauget Served as SVP and Director of Competitive Intelligence with Fleishman-Hilllard International Communications, where she helped competitively position Fortune 100 companies for success. Receiving her M.B.A. and B.S.B.A. in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Mathematics from SIUE, Ms. Sauget serves on many boards/groups, inlcuding Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois and has received many awards. She is the Executive Director of the Archview Economic Development Corporation (AEDC). Ms. Sauget is currently in the doctoral program at Webster University.</span><br /><br /></p>
