Mr. Mussulman served in the U.S. Army from 1968 to 1991 and retired at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Significant activities during his Army career included various aviation assignments, personnel management and mobilization planning activities for the Army's Training and Doctrine Command. He is a graduate of the Army's Officer Candidate School, the Army Aviation School and the Army Command and General Staff College.</p> <p>Mr. Mussulman's systems experience include Novell administration, Microsoft NT administration, IBM 4381 systems administration, PC repair - network integration, and web page design and administration. He holds a Global Information Assurance Certification computer security certification.He provides network and systems consulting services to small businesses in the St. Louis area.</p>
