web development and Enterprise 2.0; and underlying social, technical and organizational factors affecting adoption and diffusion of information systems.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp; </span>Dr. Hester has journal publications in Information Technology and Management, and the International Journal of Social and Organizational Dynamics.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp;</span> Dr. Hester has presented several papers at conferences including the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), and the ACM Special Interest Group on Computer Personnel Research.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">&nbsp;</span> Dr. Hester is also certified in PLS Path Modeling.</span></p> <p style='mso-style-priority:99;
