The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics would like to invite you to join us for a monumental moment in our University’s history. The Ohio Valley Conference (OVC) recently announced that ESPN will broadcast to a national audience (on ESPNU) the men’s basketball game against 18th-ranked Murray State University on January 21st, at 8:00 p.m. This event marks the first time SIUE has hosted ESPN on our campus.
Coach Forrester and his team are asking for your support and assistance in filling the Vadalabene Center as we introduce our campus to the rest of the nation. Your support and pride in our University will be invaluable when we showcase SIUE to a live, national audience.
General admission tickets purchased in advance are only $5 with tickets purchased day of game being $9. For tickets, please call the SIUE Athletics Ticket Office at 1-855-SIUE-TIX or purchase online at www.siuecougars.com. The SIUE women’s basketball team, currently 2-0 in OVC play, will be hosting Murray State as well on January 21st with tip-off taking place at 1:00 p.m.
