Thank you to the participants as well as our silent auction and door prize sponsors. The event raises money for alumni programming and student scholarships.</td>

<td><strong>SIUE Haunted House of Hoops - October 28th</strong><br />The SIUE Department of Intercollegiate Athletics in conjunction with Campus Recreation and the Alumni Association hosted the First Annual “Haunted House of Hoops” on Thursday, October 28. The free family event offered trick-or-treating, interactive games with Intercollegiate and club teams and other activities. The SIUE Volleyball team played Murray State University in the Vadalabene Center gym. After the match, Coaches Amanda Levens and Lennox Forrester kicked off the basketball season with a live scrimmage, three point contest and many other interactive activities.</td>

<td><strong>SIUE Alumni Day at the Grafton Winery - October 23rd</strong><br />The Alumni Association hosted a day of wine tasting, networking and fun during the SIUE Alumni Day at the Grafton Winery on Saturday, October 23rd. Alumni reconnected with old classmates and made new friends with fellow SIUE alumni, faculty and staff. Alumni also met current members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and helped us honor our former board members.</td>

Attendees enjoyed free activities, food booths and the AlumniZone Hospitality Tent.</td>

Similar to speed dating, student attendees had 12 minutes to network with alumni representing a variety of career fields.
