Ethanol Pilot Plant Technician

The National Corn-to-Ethanol Research Center (NCERC), located on the campus of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, is in search of temporary (possibly full-time) employees with experience in fermentation & distillation technology.

The Ethanol Pilot Plant Technician is responsible for operations of equipment and controls of an ethanol pilot plant. The NCERC operates in an industrial like setting, working primarily rotating swing shifts.

The ideal candidate for these temporary positions must have documented work experience in the fermentation, oil refining or chemical industries.
